Shipping Policy

At Twisted Society HQ, every product is made-to-order just for you. Because of this, shipping times include both production and delivery.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

  • U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 5–10 business days after production.

  • International Orders: Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note: these are estimated timeframes. Unexpected delays (carrier issues, holidays, customs) may occur.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and order size.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages
